The offer and sale of products on the website www.arredamentibertola.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Before submitting a purchase order, the Customer is required to carefully read the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale; Submission of the purchase order implies full knowledge and acceptance of both the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information provided in the Order Form.
Once the online purchase procedure is complete, the Customer is required to print and retain the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Order Form.

1. SUBJECT MATTER The General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products made online via the e-commerce service on the website www.www.arredamentibertola.it

PARTIES The products are sold directly by Arredamenti Bertola di Bertola Gianfilippo (hereinafter “Arredamenti Bertola”), Tax ID No. BRTGFL43T08A365C, VAT No. 00492100169, with registered office in Boltiere (BG), Via Cardinale Gustavo Testa, 25, 24040, registered in the Bergamo Register of Companies under No. 304763/96. 3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Product availability refers to the status at the time the Customer views the website and should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of other users on the site, products may be sold to others before the order is confirmed. Even after Arredamenti Bertola sends the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial and/or total product unavailability; in such cases, the Customer will be promptly informed and may decide whether to accept delivery of only the available products or to request cancellation of the entire order by notifying us via email.
4. PRICES All sales prices for the products displayed and listed on the website www.arredamentibertola.it are expressed in euros and include VAT. Delivery and assembly costs are always excluded.

Arredamenti Bertola undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the website www.arredamentibertola.it in the best possible way. Nevertheless, errors, inaccuracies, and/or minor differences may occur between the website and the actual product. The product photographs on the website www.arredamentibertola.it do not constitute a contractual element, as they are merely illustrative and representative. By submitting the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Arredamenti Bertola reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received and will notify the Customer of any inability to accept the order within 48 hours starting from the business day following the day on which the Customer submitted the order, and will refund any costs already paid by the Customer.
6. CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT The sale is considered concluded upon Arredamenti Bertola’s sending of an order confirmation email to the Customer. The email contains the customer’s and order details, the price of the purchased goods, and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent.
7. PAYMENT METHODS To ensure maximum security for its customers, Arredamenti Bertola relies on Stripe’s expertise to manage all transactions. Payment security is guaranteed by Stripe, and the transaction takes place on a secure server. During the payment process, you will be temporarily redirected to the Stripe website to securely enter the information required for the transaction. On the Stripe website, you may make payment using a single method: a) Visa or Mastercard credit card. By filling out the appropriate field, the Customer authorizes Arredamenti Bertola to charge the total amount of the Order to the specified credit card. Upon completion of payment, you will be redirected back to the Website to view the order summary.
8. DELIVERY TERMS For every order placed on the website www.arredamentibertola.it, Arredamenti Bertola issues an invoice for the shipped goods and sends it via email to the person named on the order. The information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering shall be used for the issuance of the invoice. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. The Customer is not required to pay any amount in excess of the total order amount. Arredamenti Bertola shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery of the ordered goods. Delivery of the ordered goods is understood to be at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to verify: • that the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated in the shipping document sent in advance via email; • that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or the details provided, must be immediately contested by writing “RESERVED FOR INSPECTION” (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVATION, e.g., “packaging punctured,” “packaging crushed,” etc.) on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external condition of the delivered goods.
If the goods held in the courier’s warehouse are not picked up within 5 business days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order, the ordered items will be returned to the Arredamenti Bertola warehouse, and the Customer will be charged for any storage fees incurred by the courier.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL No right of withdrawal is granted for the sale of products covered by this Promotion.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION The sales contract between the Customer and Arredamenti Bertola is deemed to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the competent court is that of the Customer’s municipality of residence; in all other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Bergamo, to the exclusion of any competing or alternative courts.
