PROJECTS and ESTIMATES
The project costs for an internal assestment are proportional to the dimensions of the house; these costs are completely refound on your first purchase.
The estimate of expense for a furnishing is completely free.
DELIVERY and ASSEMBLY
The delivery, assembling and final tests are provided by our qualified staff.
We can directly deliver and assembly goods all over Europe; please ask to our staff the costs, according to your country.
For the delivery of objects,
accessories and bed-linen, we use an international express courier insured expedition; the price of it depends on the volume of the goods.
METHODS of PAYMENT
We have diffrent methods of payment, in order to satisfy any esigence.
We also offer the opportunity of payments by instalments, in collaboration with
PRESTITEMPO, Deutsche Bank.
WARRANTY and POST-SALE ASSITANCE
The high quality of products we sells is certified by european and international standards, like the ISO 9000. All our products have an international warranty, as required by law. In addition we provide a post-sale assistance.
